I bought this for my grand daughter who is autistic. I like the product but, so that you know, it was very hard to get the batteries in to the brush and the instructions on how to open the battery compartment and fit the batteries were poor.

I bought this brush in 2014 and liked it very much then suddenly it stopped working even though I changed the batteries. I use it a lot for brushing my hair but the vibating side no longer works. Now the red button keeps dropping out of the handle.
